Has anyone heard of Max Wertheimer ? B.F. Skinner ?
or maybe even more recently Abraham Maslow? These
are the literal 'fathers' of traditional psychology that has
no room for the paranormal or strange phenomenal.
Why?
It cannot be measured under the parameters these mind
scientists used. Experimental design lacks imagination
and allows for a skeptic to be proven more accurate, so
experiential design is discounted and relied on even less.
I figure if we bring more personal testimony, documentation
from people like Allison Dubois, John Edwards, & Edgar Cayce,
these kind of 'seers' the skeptic is ultimately challenged.
Why so ?
By using the Gestalt method, the American behaviorism,
or more recently the Humanistic approach exclusively w/o
inclusion of the transpersonal approach, what are we really
gaining? Are we not missing the point a skeptic and a believer
are both making and find the cohesive ingredient between the
two of them ?
